Helen Millard

Helen Millard is one of Britain’s finest contemporary cameo glass engravers. Not only is she a gifted engraver, she also blows her own blanks, thereby having complete control over the whole process. This is highly unusual and shows the breadth of her skills. She is deeply influenced by historical glassmaking and engraving  techniques, yet has developed her own style, using stunning colour combinations to depict her love of nature, ranging from the delicacy of an insect wing to the power of a polar bear.

Helen also produces a range of tableware from stemware glasses to large bowls, all in beautiful colour combinations, which have proved very popular, many becoming collectors pieces.
